Villa Thomas and Villa Stathis
Are two brand new three bedroom properties built to the highest standard and tucked away in private gardens on the mountainside of Skaron above the village of Nikiana on Lefkada. The numerous balconies and generous outdoor space provide plenty of vantage points from which to enjoy the stunning sea views.
The villas are within walking distance of some wonderful beaches and Nikiana village, along with a handful of excellent local tavernas, cafes and grocery shops.
Available separately or for joint bookings, each has a private pool and spacious bathing terrace. These two attractive houses are ideal for families or couples but also the perfect setting for a large party wishing to holiday all together.
Decorated throughout in a beautifully crisp, modern style, these properties offer accommodation of a very high standard. Furnished with large comfy sofas and flat screen television, a dining table seating six and a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you might need for your holiday. There is a built BBQ outside and plenty of seating areas around the pool and on the terrace, perfect for leisurely evening meals under a starry sky.
The lower level of each property consists of a light and airy open plan living/ dining area leading into the kitchen. The lounge area leads out to the pool terrace through large French doors, allowing the light to flood in and ensuring that the sea view remains the backdrop to your holiday both inside the villa and out. The Lower floor bedroom is a double room with en suite shower room, and French doors opening out onto the pool terrace. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge/dining area, has an air-conditioning unit for maximum comfort on hot summer days.
A sweeping staircase leading up from the dining area takes you to the upper floor bedrooms; on the right hand side is the twin room and facing this is the second Double bedroom. T he twin room has an en suite bath and shower room, and large French doors out to a private balcony overlooking the Ionian sea and across to the mountains of the mainland. The second Double bedroom also has a private balcony area, large comfortable bed and en suite shower room.
Each private pool is 8m x 5m, perfect for cooling off, swimming some lengths or just splashing around. The surrounding terrace is equipped with sun loungers and large umbrellas providing ample shade in the midday, as well as a shaded area for dining. The encircling green gardens link the villas to the lush foliage of Lefkada Island, and provide the perfect atmosphere in which to relax on your holiday.
The village of Nikiana is just a short walk away and ideal to take a morning stroll for coffee and breakfast from one of the local bakeries before heading to the beach for a swim, followed perhaps by a fresh seafood lunch in a taverna by the water. Lovers of the sea and the mountains will find paradise in Nikiana, as they can enjoy both the beautiful beaches and the wild beauty of the mountains of Skaros.
The properties are approached by automatic electric gates which lead down a sweeping drive to ample private parking.
